Terms of Use
These Terms are an agreement between you and Filip Kalajžić, Croatia (“we”), the publisher of Scroll the Quran: Daily Ayahs (“the app”). By using the app you agree to them. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; if the two conflict, these Terms apply to the extent the EULA allows.
1. Who can use the app
You may use the app if you can form a binding agreement. Community features require you to be at least 13 years old.
2. The Quran text and translation
Reading the Quran in the app is always free. The Arabic text is the Uthmani text from the Tanzil Project (Tanzil Quran Text, copyright © 2007–2026 Tanzil Project, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0), shown without modification. The English translation is Saheeh International, © Saheeh International. Translations convey meaning; they are not the Quran itself.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account at any time in the app (You → Delete account).
4. Premium subscriptions
- Scroll the Quran Premium unlocks the community features (khatm circles, reflections and friends). It is offered as an annual plan (US$29.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers) or a monthly plan (US$9.99 per month, no free trial). Prices in other countries are shown in the app before you buy and may include local taxes.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. With a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
5. Community rules and your content
Our Community Guidelines are part of these Terms. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post anything hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, violent, unlawful, spam or advertising, or anything that shares someone's personal information.
- You can report any reflection and block any user from inside the app. Content reported by several users is hidden automatically, and we review reports and remove violating content and accounts — we aim to act within 24 hours.
- You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and show it in the app to other users for as long as it stays posted. Delete it at any time and it stops being shown.
- We may remove content or suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to access other users' data, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
7. Religious guidance
The app helps you read and reflect. Reflections posted by users are personal thoughts, not religious rulings. For questions of religious practice, please consult a qualified scholar.
8. Changes and availability
We may update the app and these Terms. If a change is important we will tell you in the app; continuing to use the app means you accept the new Terms. We try to keep the app available but cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law, or liability for intent or gross negligence.
10. Apple
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for claims relating to the app (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual-property claims). If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live. Contact: info@enargi.eu.
